I have a technical education – I studied material engineering at the Brno University of Technology, then I got into doing business and have worked in all positions, starting as a sales representative. I also spent several years abroad on business, the longest in Germany and Canada. Now I work in the construction materials business and I like cooking, eating and travelling – food travelling in particular, so I can try more nice food. I am not a vegetarian or a strong supporter of a healthy lifestyle. The essential thing for me is to get information concerning the origin of the food I buy and eat. I want to know who it was produced by, where and what from. That is why I founded Sklizeno – a chain of food stores putting the accent on quality and supporting local food production.
